Relax in the shared infinity pool and spa (please note this is shared with the other properties in the estate) located just a minute's walk from the beach house.

Set on the edge of the national park this beautiful three bedroom townhouse is situated right at the top of the One Mile Ridge estate, uniquely positioned to take in the spectacular ocean and beach and sea views. Eco-designed to make the most of the ocean breezes this property is well designed to be bright and breezy and is ideal for families up to 6 people.

Indoor and outdoor living with the main living room bi-fold doors opening up to a full length balcony where you can sit and relax while enjoying the wide ocean views of One Mile Beach.

Watch the whales swim and frolic as they migrate north and south from June to October. The coastline here is one of the most easterly points on the NSW coast and the whales swim very close, often making some spectacular shows!

The views from this townhouse are perfect all year round and when the whales are migrating you will have a perfect vantage point. There is also a track at the rear of the townhouse to get a closer look at these majestic mammals so bring your camera, you will not be disappointed.

The open plan living areas with modern furnishings are perfect for all the family to enjoy their time together plus FREE WIFI is supplied for your convenience.

Walk a few steps to the brand new infinity edge pool and spa (shared) and watch the western sunset while lazing over the infinity edge.

Stroll down the short bush track to One Mile Beach and surf, play, explore and lay back at one of Port Stephen's most popular surf beaches.

The sunrises are another feature of Boat Harbour and well worth the effort to get up early to enjoy this event.

Please Note: There is no parking in the complex for Boats or Jet Skis.

This property is best suited for families. A strict no parties policy is enforced. Strictly maximum 6 guests.

Bedroom three has two single beds, BIR, ceiling fan and peaceful bush views.

Main bathroom is on lower level with bedroom 2 and 3 and has bath, shower over bath and toilet.

Separate toilet on upper level.

Other features include internal laundry, a single carport. The communal infinity swimming pool and spa is perfect for the family after those big days at the Beach, the 180 degree views are quiet spectacular from this area. The communal BBQ facilities are located next to the pool for your convenience.

IMPORTANT
Before you arrive you will be asked to:
1. Complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.
2. Choose between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus admin fee $15) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.
3. Sign our rental agreement

    We have had a week in Port Stephen’s every year for the past ten years. Driftwood at Boat Harbour, is hands down the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed in at Port Stephen’s. Greeted by caretaker Zac for keys, beds already made up & everything worked!

    The townhouse looks small from the outside, it’s like a tardis -ENORMOUS on the inside. As you enter the ground floor has two bedrooms, laundry and full bathroom. Great level to put your teenagers in - each bedroom has a little deck to catch the sun. You go upstairs and enter a MASSIVE open plan area, large kitchen, dining area that opens onto a balcony with bbq - and lounge area.

    The biggest surprise was the very large fully furnished front balcony, which overlooks One Mile Beach. You can sit on the balcony and see the ocean and even better hear the ocean all day, every day!

    The infinity pool and spa were great, never busy even though 24 townhouses have access.

    We had 4 of our family staying - but house easily accommodates up to 6 people.
    House best suited to families with older kids - as master bedroom is upstairs and too far away from downstairs bedrooms. Master bedroom has full view of One Mile Beach, massive walk-in wardrobe and full bathroom.

    All the bedrooms have fans on the ceiling, flyscreens and main living room has aircon. We didn’t use aircon as the house has brilliant cross ventilation via sliding doors and high louvre windows.

    Property is a 5 minute drive to both One Mile Beach and Birubi Beach at Anna Bay.

    The house has everything you need or want in a holiday rental. I cannot recommend it highly enough - if I win the $150,000,000 lotto this week I’ll be putting in an offer!!
