Recently revamped with love, our 2-bedroom haven boasts a king bed in the main room and 2 singles in the second room - perfect for families. Two bathrooms, a designated parking spot, and a sparking swimming pool complete the picture. • Brew up an espresso coffee on our Smeg coffee machine before heading to the beach in the morning.
Bedrooms
• The main bedroom welcomes you with a king-sized bed, ensuring a regal night's sleep after a day in the surf.
• The second bedroom boasts two singles, perfect for the kids or friends.

• Two stylish bathrooms, each newly renovated with beautiful brushed brass tapware and quality amenities.
• Showers, toilets and vanities
• Bathroom amenities provided - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash

Things to note:
* Keys are collected at nearby Night Owl store. Access details and directions will be sent prior to check in.
* Air conditioned - Split system in living room (cools bedrooms when bedroom doors left open).
* Free Wifi.
* Prices include exit clean on departure. Enquire for mid-stay clean and linen change (charge applies).
* Bed and bath linen provided.
* By the Beach Getaways does not manage onsite facilities such as the pool, etc. and cannot control when and for how long closures/maintenance will occur. No compensation will be given for such events.
* Parties and group events are strictly prohibited.
* We do not accommodate Schoolies.
* Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. A $200 call-out fee applies and must be cleared before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 10 pm-8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
* For stays over 14 nights, cleaning and linen change is required and charged to the guest at $280 per clean/linen change.

IMPORTANT
Before you arrive you will be required to:
1. Complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.
2. Choose between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus admin fee $15) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.
3. Agree to and sign our rental agreement.

  Our stay was everything we expected great unit clean everything we needed was supplied great pool area. Close to beach shopping restaurants light rail we had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to stay there again

  The location was perfect, across the road from beach, 10 min walk to Caval, less to the beach markets and tram stop at top of beach. Breakfast just a few doors up at the tower for the best view....just wow!
  
  The apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults for a week, and within 2 days felt like home.
  I would note for those who have a wheelchair or needs special access, there are stairs on all entry points of the building (only 3 stairs) but could make it difficult for some. Also the showers in the apartment are not overly friendly if you need to support someone in the shower, but we were able to get by.
  
  Our host was amazing, helping me in a panic late when we arrived, they picked up the phone on first call and was calm, kind and efficient at supporting me with my problem.

  Glenyss wish a wonderful host. The apartment was clean and the extra bedroom was great for the kids when they stayed a few nights. Literally across from the beach can heat the waves break early morning and late evening. Very sunny apartment clean and had everything that was needed. Very central to the shops and banks and wonderful restaurants in Surfers paradise. Highly recommend staying here
