Oh, did we mention the beaches? Tallebudgera Beach and Burleigh Beach are a stone's throw away. Feel the thrill of world-class waves at Tallebudgera Beach or take a leisurely stroll to Palm Beach for some coastal exploration.

When hunger strikes, head over to Tallebudgera Surf Club for beachside refreshments, or venture north to Burleigh Heads for a culinary journey. The vibrant hub of Burleigh Heads, just a short walk away, is buzzing with dining and shopping spots against the beautiful backdrop of Burleigh Beach.

* Prices include exit clean on departure. Enquire for mid-stay clean and linen change (charge applies).
* Bed and bath linen provided.
* By the Beach Getaways does not manage onsite facilities and cannot control when and for how long closures/maintenance will occur. No compensation will be given for such events.
* Parties and group events are strictly prohibited
* Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. A $200 call-out fee applies and must be cleared before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 10 pm-8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
* For stays over 14 nights, cleaning and linen change is required and charged to the guest at $180 per clean/linen change.

IMPORTANT
Before you arrive you will be asked to:
1. Complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.
2. Choose between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus admin fee $15) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 (plus non-refundable admin fee $15).
