Welcome to our beautifully renovated, modern 2-story loft apartment in Spring Hill, offering the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience. Air conditioning:
** There is currently NO AIR CONDITIONING. We have ceiling fans in the queen bedrooms, a floor fan in the living dining area, a pedastal fan on the lower floor and an another pedastal fan on the top floor.
** We are awaiting the install of a new air-conditioning system throughout the apartment - scheduled for early 2025 - date TBC.
